Get a breath of Start-Up air and join our motivated team. We are always searching for motivated and curious employees who want to achieve our goals together with us. What defines our daily work and is particularly important to us, describes our company culture. Get your own impression of what matters to us!

Our company culture

1. Open communication
We love to call a spade a spade. An uncomplicated and direct communication is an asset to our daily business. In order for everyone to know where he is at all times and with the help of new media.
2. Teamwork
We can only achieve our goals as a team. It is important to us that our different teams look beyond their own horizons, are passionate about the big picture in the company and work closely together.
3. Agile working methods
Our dynamic, fast-moving industry demands flexibility and constant adaptability from us. This is why we believe in agility in our work processes and also take unconventional paths.
4. Self-realization
We hate bog standard and stupeyfing work. Our employees consciously take responsibility and have their own room for action. This creates identification and space for individuality.
5. Work-life balance
We want our employees to come to work with a positive feeling. A self-responsible and flexible arrangement of working hours offers enough freedom to combine work and private life.
6. Diversity
Our team unites people from different cultures. This makes us strong, creates a healthy curiosity and, last but not least, encourages us to reconsider our own views and learn to appreciate new ideas.
7. Individual development
Continuous further education ensures our competitiveness. We enable our employees to develop themselves in a purposeful way and in accordance with their individual needs, both professionally and personally.
8. Performance-related salary
Here, special commitment pays off. In addition to attractive regular salary, we offer special performance-based compensation. Individual performance in the interests of our company is rewarded accordingly.

Open-minded and full of joie de vivre – “Kölsch“ way of life completes the hard facts concerning the location and makes Cologne a livable and colorful home. People from over 180 nations and over 250 different cultures represent the city as an extremely open-minded metropolis, which distinguishes itself by tolerance, vitality and a pronounced welcoming culture. Life is pulsating in Cologne. This also is true apart from the fifth period of the year, when the carnival crowd in the carnival capital rule the city. But even apart from the carnival, Cologne is particularly easy to catch up with – a living tradition for young and old.

We do not accept any compromises in the individual development of our employees. It is particularly important to us that our employees are able to develop both professionally and personally in line with their individual needs and the challenges of our working environment.

Together with coach Sylvia Schnödewind, we organise practical workshops and individual coaching sessions for our employees. After several years as a manager, Dipl. Päd. Sylvia Schnödewind has been working as a coach, trainer, lecturer and mediator since 2007. Further professional training, e.g. NLP Master, Systemic Coach, Generative Coach as well as a training as mindfulness-based trainer complete her profile. Due to her academic teaching and authorship activities for relevant journals and publishers, she is always up to date and critical about new methods and their effects. In her own practice, her clients particularly appreciate her ability to empathize and her appreciative and sometimes provocative style as a sparring partner.
„At Medical CNBS we aktively live individual development and make it sustainable.“
